I visited this facility
i was a patent for rehab August thru Oct 2021. words i acquaintance with this horrible place - fail, filthy rooms, no compassion, nutrient barely edible (one footstep to a higher place garbage). in that location were no activities that i saw. the aides, nurses the managers ignored the patients. i rarely saw a dr. & if he did show up, he was outta there in 3 minutes. i never had a worse experience in my life. my roommate was a diabetic whose sugar was never tested & insulin forgotten until her daughter raised heck. im notwithstanding waiting for my permanent covid vaccination card later half-dozen weeks, to be mailed to me (after many msgs i left at that place) cos no one answers their phone. id NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

The staff rarely answers the phone and, when they do, they often hang up or lie to you. And the phone message that you receive while y'all are on hold is a breathy lie. SJN does not retain nurses for decades and it does not retain aides fifty-fifty for days. (There is constant staff turnover.) In addition, and the tone is gear up from the summit, the authoritative staff is not merely unkind merely arrogant. So, unless you want the worst possible outcome for your loved one and you want to bulldoze yourself crazy in the process, you practise not want to send your loved one to St. John Neumann, either for brusque-term or long-term intendance. Believe me, they know nothing about either rehabilitation or healthcare.

Practise non put your loved i in this place. They are understaffed and the staff working are inept. My brother is in this place and has bedsores. They don't respond the phone when you call and if they do answer there is a good run a risk they volition hang up on you. I accept been waiting for a call back for several days. The Country should look into this institution. With Covid it's hard to tell what is going on. I don't trust them. The State needs to investigate this place.

This identify is extremely DIRTY . At that place is old Dainty traps with dead mice on it from Months back .old broken furniture feces stays on toilet for 3 to four days cleaved article of furniture and beds. Horrible horrible horror. I was a visiting nurse and would visit some patients in that location. And the and some Of the wellness aides are unprofessional. They talk on There Prison cell phones most problems at dwelling and fifty-fifty argue load conversations of personal business organization. I felt and so sad these people had to stay in such filth.

I transferred my mother over to St. John Neumann Center. It is a very nice, clean place. At that place, the nurses do their jobs, they have practiced food and a lot of activities for the patients, and the grounds are well kept. It is really nice. They bring in people who sing music, have big parties for Christmas and Thanksgiving, and practice arts and crafts.

Nursing and laundry were horrific. This facility completely lacks advice between departments. Nursing staff is very neglectful of residents who cannot speak up for themselves. Too witnessed exact abuse.

I visited this facility
St. John Neumann Center'southward staff was great and did everything they could. I'd recommend them but if their loved ones are very old. They just need some type of dementia or Alzheimer's unit of measurement. The staff actually did endeavor.

I visited this facility
My male parent was sent here from Frankford Hospital after a fall for Physical therapy. Later on 5 Twenty-four hours we demanded to take him removed. Went in able to accept care of himself and left not knowing how to exercise anything! Got him to the hospital and was told if we had left him there 1 more night we would of lost him? I am so saddened that this happens more than nosotros know. Give thanks God we trusted our instincts and seen that this was not normal like they tried to tell usa! Just for all the people that are in there with no family members to lookout over them my eye breaks.

My aunt is at Saint John Neumann Nursing Habitation. She is staying in a shared room. They have a nice big dining room. Exterior, they accept a dainty enclosed courtyard where they tin sit. They take mass every day at 11:00 o'clock. Everyone is very nice.

My grandmother was in and out of hospitals several times a yr over the grade of the last few years. One of the doctors recommended that we should enroll her in a nursing home for a little scrap of time where she would go round-the-clock care. Since St. John Neumanns was very close to my mother and all of her sisters, the conclusion was very easy to make where to enroll her. There were several ladies from the area that nosotros knew that worked in that location and always said that St. John Neumann's was a dandy nursing dwelling house and that my grandmother would be looked later on well. Since my grandmother did not know english well, i of her daughters were ever with her through the visiting hours. The staff was very great in accommodating my mother or her sisters whenever they stayed. The staff was very friendly. In the two months that my grandmother lived there, my family members and I have never had any complaints virtually the staff. Her medicine was always brought to her in a timely manner. The dietary aids and recreational aids were always amazing to be around. Even though my grandmother did not know English language, a lot of the aids that worked at that place knew my grandmother'southward native language. This made her stay in that location a lot more comfy. At that place was a peace of listen with my family unit even when we were non there with her because at that place were and then many people in the staff that could communicate with her. My grandmother even enjoyed her time with the physical therapist that was assigned to her. Overall, her stay at St. John Neumann's was made very comfortable because of the great accommodations and nifty staff there.

I frequently visit Saint John Neumans nursing abode as my corking grandmother and her companion are residents. We initially had to place her in that location after she had a stroke 95, up until then she lived by herself with her male person companion who she's been living with for 50 years now. After the nursing home accepted all their paperwork they were in on the non-alzheimers fly. We got into a balmy statement with the facility after they would non let them to share a room considering they are not married (Catholic run place). Although we tried everything we could they refused to let them stay in the same room. Overall the facility is very nice, and very clean. They have recently had to motility over to the Alzheimer's wing as her companion is showing clear signs of the disease. This fly is not as nice as the other one, but thats understandable every bit it is more than like a hospital then the other side. Overall four been very pleased with the place even if its not a perfect place. Its still pretty good though.

I am very pleased with St. John Neumann Nursing Dwelling. The staff are e'er pleasant and very willing to help with any questions, concerns, or needs for my Grandmother. Existence that she has Alzheimer's we were very wary about choosing a nursing home because we needed to make sure she was being taken care of well and not being abused. She wouldn't be able to tell united states of america if there was something wrong then nosotros needed to fully trust the facility. St. John Neumann and its staff has our full trust. We received many recommendations for them over the years prior to us placing our Grandmother there. The facility, and my Grandmother's room are always kept very make clean and in good lodge. My Grandmother seems to be very happy there as they offer different amenities such as a game room, a dining room, a salon, holiday-themed parties, and diverse other activities. They also have flexible visiting hours during certain situations. I highly recommend them every bit a nursing home intendance provider for anyone who is interested.

This is a very big one floor building, it can be confusing to navigate. But the staff is over all friendly and will help you detect what or who your looking for. Residents are rarely in their room, with a large chapel in the main lobby and activeness rooms on each fly resident take plenty to do. The staff can be over welled from time to fourth dimension, but they practice the best they can to be at that place for each and every resident.
